This page is going to be dedicated solely to Spanish living. As I live on the beautiful island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands, I want to celebrate Spanish interiors as they are truly full of character and really incorporate the earthy influences such as stone and wood.

Some of these living areas might not be in Spain but are typically reflective of the type of interiors you could expect to encounter in the Balearics {Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca & Formentera}

Well, this is where we call home right now. We have lived here for 2 and a half years and it grows on me more and more as time goes by. You would take a lifetime to explore this MAJESTIC beauty and no suprises its one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world........

I will be posting beautiful scenery in Mallorca and Menorca.........interesting people.......real people's houses........and so much more..

IBIZA

Well, to be truthful, my first choice of island was not Mallorca. My husband and I took our first solo trip away (after 3 kids), hired a scooter and spent 5 days in IBIZA or his 40th. 

We completely fell in love with the island as it has a special kind of magic that so many people try and describe, but its really difficult. To say that there is a  young energy there is the closest I can get to describing it.

Whenever you hear about the island of Ibiza it is always linked with wild parties and music, but there is also a much more Bohemian and artist spirit to the island.. 

On this page I will post about these two magical islands,,and show you the other side, finding interesting people and showcasing some very talented creative spirits that seem to be drawn to these islands,,, emm particularly  creative women for some reason..??
