This incredible space owes all its pizzaz to the high wooden vaulted white ceilings. The decoration is minimal with the key features being colour ie blue and white which are easily dispersed throughout the room to add movement. Making the most out of a room with a view is to install large glass doors and add as much window space as allows,, with a view like this I would never want to leave!

A simple use of an otherwise empty space, creating a false window/shutter effect with the use of some old painted wooden frame.

Making clever selections and combining fabrics and textures is not as most people think! Here the chair and the wall and the floor tie in beautiifully together. Having a feature piece of furniture highlighted, such as the beautiful shabby painted cupboard, a simple collection of cushions leads the eye up to the cupboard below and  brings out the blue.
